How refunds work

Life happens. If you need to cancel for genuine reasons, illness, family emergency, flight delays, reach out to us on WhatsApp. We’re human too, and we’ll review your situation. Refunds take seven to ten business days as we work out what’s fair. We can’t promise a refund every time, but we promise to listen and help where we can.
Refund processing: refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay) within seven to ten business days after approval. Only your reserve deposit is ever paid upfront — the rest of your trip is confirmed and paid separately with your host, so cancellation only ever concerns that deposit, never a larger sum sitting with us.
