Book My RishikeshRISHIKESH, TRUSTED
How it works

From “I’m thinking
about it” to farewell.

No app to download, no dashboard to check. Just a message thread with a real person, from the moment you’re deciding to come to the moment you’re already planning your next trip.

  1. The moment you book

    An instant confirmation

A WhatsApp message the moment you're booked — no waiting on email. This is also where you first meet, by name, the host who'll be looking after you.

  2. One week before

    Packing & weather notes

A short, specific message — what to pack, what the weather's actually doing, and anything worth knowing before you fly.

  3. Three days before

    Arrival & hotel details

Your hotel confirmation, how pickup will work, and exactly what to expect the moment you land.

  4. Day of travel

    A safe-travels check-in

A message before you set off — plus your host's number, an emergency contact, and everything you need already at hand.

  5. Arrival in Rishikesh

    Arrive and settle in

Check in, freshen up, and get your bearings at your own pace. There's no briefing to sit through: your trip was planned and booked online, so the moment you're ready, it simply begins.

  6. Same afternoon

    Your schedule, ready to go

Every day is already scheduled from morning to evening, whether you picked a ready-to-book package or built your own. Your host walks you through the days ahead on WhatsApp and answers anything you're wondering.

  7. Throughout your stay

Present at what matters, absent when it doesn't

Your host appears exactly when you need them, during every activity. For far-off experiences like the Kunjapuri sunrise, the Beatles Ashram, or the secret waterfall, they travel with you. For rafting, a taxi picks you up and a professional crew runs the river. Classes are a short walk you make yourself. And WhatsApp is always one message away.

  8. Final day

    A proper farewell

A checkout reminder so nothing's rushed, and a real goodbye — not just an invoice.

  9. After you're home

Thank you, and the door stays open

A thank-you message, your photos and memories gathered up, and an honest ask for feedback — good or bad.

The personal host modelOne host, one booking
Who’s actually looking after you

Not a call centre.
One dedicated person.

Every booking gets one host — me, personally, not a rotating support queue. I’m not physically with you every hour of the day (you get your own space for that), but I’m the one constant across your whole trip: the person who welcomed you when you booked is the same person beside you at Kunjapuri and the same person saying goodbye at the end.

Where a specific activity needs a specialist — the rafting crew, a trek guide — I bring in someone I’ve personally vetted for just that part, and I stay the one constant thread coordinating your whole trip around them.

Getting to Rishikesh

Three ways in,
all of them simple.

Pickup from the airport, station, or bus stand is an add-on your host prices upfront — so however you arrive, someone’s expecting you.

By air

Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED)

The nearest airport, around 21 km from Rishikesh — roughly a 45-minute drive. Direct flights connect from Delhi, Mumbai, and most Indian metros; international guests usually connect through Delhi.

By train

Haridwar Junction, or Rishikesh itself

Haridwar Junction, about 25 km away, is the best-connected railhead in the region. Yog Nagari Rishikesh station is closer still, with fewer direct trains — your host will tell you which suits your route.

By road

From Delhi: ~240 km

Five to seven hours by car depending on traffic, and comfortable overnight buses run daily from Delhi to Rishikesh — a popular budget option that arrives with the sunrise.

A complimentary surprise

We’d rather surprise you
than discount you

You won’t see a coupon code on this site. Instead, most bookings include a small, unannounced gesture once you’re here — a dessert, a coffee, a free scooty day, a mini photo session. Delight, not discount-shopping.

The pace of the river

The river never hurries, yet it reaches everywhere. Your journey should feel the same.
