Before you ask,
the honest answer.

How this website
actually works
Open the package, retreat, or program you want and tap Book now. The booking wizard walks you through three short steps: your details, optional add-ons, then review and confirm. You get a booking reference right away and continue with your host on WhatsApp.
Every retreat group starts together on a Friday, settles in that evening, and goes white water rafting together on the first Saturday, whichever retreat length you booked. Groups are limited to 10 guests, so starts stay personal. The booking form accepts Friday arrival dates and even suggests the next three Fridays for you.
Add-ons are optional extras like scooty rental, taxi and pickup, Ayurvedic massage, sound healing, treks, and day trips. You choose them at checkout, in the second step of the booking wizard, and you can add more any time during your stay. Every add-on has a fixed price shown before you book: the price you see is the price you pay — it never changes later.
Every price is fixed and shown upfront on the site — no negotiation, no surprises. You reserve online with a 25% deposit, paid securely through Razorpay, and pay the remaining 75% balance 72 hours before you arrive. Prefer to talk first? Confirm without paying and settle everything later on WhatsApp.
Yes. Message your host on WhatsApp with your booking reference and tell them what changed: dates, guests, add-ons, or plans. Adjustments are handled in conversation, not through forms.
It depends on what you book. Explore packages do not include meals: your host guides you to the cafés and places locals actually eat at, and you pay for your own food. Wellness retreats include all meals: satvik breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every day.
Yes, as an add-on. Pickup and drop from the airport, bus stand, or railway station can be added at checkout or any time later, always at a fixed price shown upfront.
Yes, two ways. Build your own Rishikesh itinerary on the Plan page, or design your own retreat at Make Your Own Retreat: pick how many days, then fill each day with experiences that each have their real time slot, so two activities can never clash in the same hour.
Every product page has a Share button. On phones it opens your native share sheet; on a computer it lets you copy the link or share straight to WhatsApp. Send it to whoever you are travelling with and you are looking at the same page in seconds.
You can book without an account. Creating one lets you track your bookings in a dashboard, earn Karma Points on every trip (and every add-on you book), and share a personal referral code with friends — 300 points for your first friend who books, 100 points for every friend after that. Karma Points are always redeemed on your next booking, never your first — just message us on WhatsApp with your balance and we'll apply the discount.
Money, upfront
and honestly
Because every plan is personalized, we confirm pricing after your discovery conversation, in writing, before you pay anything. What you're quoted is what you pay — no renegotiating on arrival.
We'll confirm the exact structure when we quote your trip, but the principle is fixed: no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons charged once you're already here.
Published in plain language, not fine print: a full refund if you cancel with reasonable notice, a partial refund inside that window, and a full refund regardless of timing if we're the ones cancelling for weather or safety reasons.
Yes — tell us the group size when you first message us, and your host will work out per-person pricing and a simple way to split it.
The part we take
most seriously
It's who I built this for first. You know exactly who you're meeting before you land — me, personally, reachable on WhatsApp for your entire trip. Not a call centre queue, not an unknown assigned guide.
For anything needing a specialist — the rafting crew, a trek guide — every guide and partner I bring in is reviewed for safety practices and reliability before they ever join one of my trips, and it's revisited on an ongoing basis, not a one-time check. As for me: I'm with you personally throughout, so there's no separate 'host' to vet — what you see on this site is exactly who shows up.
Your host has standing authority to adjust or delay an activity for safety without needing your permission first — and will always explain what's changing and why.
You tell your host or reach us directly — recovery matters more to us than pretending everything went perfectly. We'd rather know quickly and fix it than have you stay quiet.
Once you’ve
actually landed
No. Everything — confirmation, reminders, your host, support — happens over WhatsApp, on the app you already have open.
Expected, honestly. Itineraries are built to flex around your mood and energy — say so to your host, and the rest of the trip adjusts.
We plan around your actual arrival time, not an idealized one. Late arrivals usually mean hotel check-in and rest first, with your host meeting you the next morning instead of that same night.
Your host shows up for arrival, major activities, and key moments like the evening Aarti, then gives you real space in between — always reachable on WhatsApp, never hovering.
Picking the
right starting point
Message us with your dates and what you're hoping to get out of the trip — your host will recommend a starting point rather than making you guess from a list.
Yes — plenty of guests add a few days of a standard itinerary before or after a retreat or teacher training. Mention it upfront so your host can plan the full stay together.
Yes — scooty, bike, taxi, or private airport pickup can all be arranged and priced upfront as part of your plan.
