First Hello: one full day in Rishikesh.

Overview

Most people plan a week here and never manage to see all of this. You get it in one day: sunrise yoga and a sacred dip while the town is still quiet, the rapids or a hidden waterfall by mid-morning, temples and market lanes through the afternoon, then the river turns to fire at the Parmarth aarti. However long you end up staying in Rishikesh, this is the day that convinces you to.

  • Yoga & Breathwork by the Ganga
  • Secret Waterfall or River Rafting

  • On pickup Included

    Hotel Pickup & QR Check-In

Your guide (host) meets you at your hotel, checks you in on your arrival card, and the day begins. From here the logistics are theirs to carry, not yours.

  • 06:00 – 07:30 AM Included

Yoga & Breathwork at Sai Ghat

An all-levels practice as the river wakes up, near the Gangamata statue at Sai Ghat. Never done yoga? Come anyway. You are guided through it, not left at the back to work it out.

  • 07:30 – 08:00 AM Included

Sacred Ganga Dip at Freedom Ghat

A five-minute walk across Laxman Jhula to Freedom Ghat for the dip: bracing, humbling, unforgettable, the river the way locals meet it.

  • 08:00 – 09:00 AMYour own time

    Your Own Time

The hour is yours. Optional, book separately: a Dry Cupping Session, a One-on-One Fitness Session, or Sound Healing.

Timings are indicative and can shift a little with weather, traffic, or river conditions. Your host manages the exact flow on the day.

Meals are yours to choose, on purpose. Rishikesh's cafés are part of the experience, and locking you into a set breakfast, lunch and dinner would work against the very freedom this trip is selling. Tell your guide (host) the mood, and they'll walk you to the right spot. You pay only for what you order.

What's included

  • Everything in the day you pick, from the morning practice to the evening finale
  • Sunrise yoga and breathwork, then a sacred dip in the Ganga
  • White water rafting or the Secret Waterfall, whichever you choose
  • The Beatles Ashram, Bhootnath Temple and the Ganga aarti at Parmarth
  • A guided meditation by the river to close the day, if you want it
  • Your guide (host) with you at every activity. They meet you after the morning practice

What's not included

  • Your meals. You eat where you like, and your guide (host) will tell you where is good
  • Beatles Ashram entry if you are visiting from abroad. Rs. 1,000 in cash at the gate. Indian guests are covered
  • Somewhere to sleep. First Hello is one day, start to finish
  • Getting yourself to Rishikesh. Say the word and your guide (host) arranges it, whether that is your airport pickup and drop or a pickup from Delhi, Haridwar or the railway station
  • Shopping, and anything you add later like a massage, a trek or a ceremony

What guests say

Real trips, real words.

As a woman travelling solo, I wanted to explore Rishikesh but also wanted to feel comfortable and supported. Very smooth experience overall. I had a few last-minute changes, and the team handled them without any fuss. That made the trip so much easier. Highly recommended 🙌
