Curated Experience
The Quiet Escape
From Yoga & Breathwork to Sunset and Stillness
Overview
The slow, restorative day. It opens with yoga and breathwork by the Ganga, moves out to a waterfall and the quiet of Vashistha Gufa, and ends with a mountain sunset and a sit in the dark. Not a sightseeing checklist — a day built to let Rishikesh itself be the wellness.

Worth knowing before you book
- The waterfall is chosen on the day — Neer, the secret waterfall or Patna, depending on season, water and access.
- Forest and hill roads carry landslide risk in the monsoon, so anything up in them gets more buffer and fewer fixed times.
- You do not need to be flexible or experienced for the yoga.
