A conversation, not a form.

You tell your host your dates, your energy, and what you're recovering from: a heavy season of work, a big life change, or simply too much noise. That answer shapes everything else.

ii.Then

A shape, not a schedule.

Your host sketches the retreat around you: how much practice, how much silence, which mornings riverside, whether anything beyond stillness belongs at all. You adjust it together until it feels right.

iii.Throughout

Adjusted as you go.

The plan bends while you're here, too. A quick check-in each morning is all it takes to slow a day down, add a session, or clear an afternoon completely.

What a retreat
day looks like

Every retreat day follows the same gentle arc: practice at dawn, one real experience in the day, and a slow, sacred evening.

i.

Early morning

Yoga and breathwork from 6:00 to 7:30 AM at Sai Ghat, then a five-minute walk across Lakshman Jhula to Freedom Ghat for a Ganga dip for those who want one, then an unhurried breakfast. Optional, book separately: a One-on-One Fitness Session, Journaling, or Sunrise Meditation.

ii.

Mid-morning

The day's big experience: rafting, a temple, a workshop, or a waterfall, depending on where you are in your retreat.

iii.

Afternoon

Genuinely free time: reading by the river, a slow walk, café hours, or simply resting, your call entirely. Optional, book separately: Café Hopping, Ganga Puja, or a light Ayurvedic Consultation.

iv.

Evening

A slow market walk at 5:00 PM, Ganga Aarti (at Sai Ghat) from 5:30 to 7:00, guided meditation at 7:30, dinner at 8:00, and an early night.

Mornings lead with breath and stillness before the day gets a chance to rush you. Nothing here is generic wellness-brand filler: every session is part of a real, confirmed program, so you always know what the day holds.

How hosting works on retreat

Your host appears exactly when you need them, during every activity. For far-off experiences like the Kunjapuri sunrise, the Beatles Ashram, or the secret waterfall, your host travels with you. For rafting, a taxi picks you up and a professional crew runs the river. Classes are a short walk you make yourself. The free hours in between are truly yours: wander the ghats, find a café, rest by the river.
