Your room is part of the retreat and already paid for. Everyone on the retreat stays in the same hotel, and that is half of what makes a retreat a retreat. So the only choice here is which room you would like, and you pay just the difference if you move up.
Every retreat runs as a small group, sharing the week with one host. Groups of 10–12. Never larger.

- One retreat, one host: the same host stays with your group for the whole retreat and takes you to every experience.
- Every retreat begins on a Friday: arrive any time from 2:00 PM and settle in at your own pace.
- All retreat groups go white water rafting together on the first Saturday.
- Mornings start at 6:00 AM with yoga at Sai Ghat, except the Kunjapuri sunrise day, which departs at 4:30 AM.

How you’ll get around
- Nearby moments are on foot: Sai Ghat and its evening Ganga Aarti are a short walk from Tapovan.
- Waterfall visits (Neer, Secret, or Patna, depending on your retreat) are reached by scooty.
- The Kunjapuri sunrise is by scooty, or by car or taxi for bigger groups.
- Anything farther from Tapovan is covered by scooty or taxi, arranged for you and priced upfront.
