Slower,
on purpose.
Rishikesh calls itself the yoga capital of the world and a good deal of what is sold under that name is scenery with a mat on it. The real version is quieter and easier to join than people expect: an hour and a half on the ghat as the river wakes up, a breathing session that does more than it sounds like it will, an evening you did not fill. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or here for a month.
Wellness in Rishikesh, item by item.
No extra booking, no separate ticket. Your host has it in hand before you land.
Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork by the Ganga
Start the day with gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and the peaceful sounds of the river waking up beside you. All levels welcome — your teacher adapts everything.
Sunrise Hatha Yoga by the Ganga
A slow, grounding practice as the first light touches the river. All levels: your teacher adapts everything.

Guided breathing practices that quiet the mind, the foundation of every restful day here.
Riverside Guided Meditation
Sit quietly by the water with a teacher who guides just enough, then lets the river do the rest.

A full-body warm-oil massage from a qualified Ayurvedic therapist: deeply releasing, deeply restful.
Sound Healing Session
Singing bowls and gentle resonance in a quiet hall. Many guests call this the deepest rest of their trip.

The 'sleep of the yogis'. A guided practice that leaves you feeling like you slept for hours.
Sattvic Cooking Session
Learn to cook the simple, nourishing food of the ashrams, then eat it together, slowly.
Silent Forest Walk
A gently guided walk on quiet trails above the town. No talking, just walking and noticing.
Private One-on-One Yoga
A session shaped entirely around your body and practice, at your pace, in your space.
Ayurvedic Consultation

Ask and we do it
On its own, without a trip
You do not have to book days in Rishikesh to sit in one of these. Any of them can be a single morning.
- A drop-in class on a day you are not on a trip
- A private one-to-one session instead of a group one
- An Ayurvedic consultation before any treatment is booked
Worth knowing before you book
You do not need to be flexible
Every class is all-levels, and most people who book one have not been on a mat in years — nobody is corrected in front of a room. May and June are hot for anything outdoors and are a genuinely good stretch for yoga: the mornings are still cool, the town is quieter, and the ghat at first light is close to empty.

No hype and no invented numbers — including the parts that talk you out of something.
Everything we sell with this in it
Trips that already include this.
Packages and retreats both. Somebody local takes you to it and handles the rest of the day around it — no separate booking, no second payment.
Most trips weave through all five.
