Antiheadache
Book Rishikesh Before You Arrive.
Overview
Most trips to Rishikesh start with the same wasted hours: finding a driver, finding a scooter, haggling over both, and working out what to even do, before the trip has begun.
Antiheadache moves those decisions before you arrive. You land, a ride is waiting, a scooter is there when you want it, and a guide (host) already has the days planned. Three days in Rishikesh, from an easy first evening to a Himalayan sunrise, sorted before you reach town.

Timings are indicative and can shift a little with weather, traffic, or river conditions. Your guide (host) manages the exact flow on the day.
Meals are your own, on purpose. Rishikesh's cafés are part of the experience, and locking you into a set meals would work against the very freedom this package offers. Tell your guide (host) the mood, and they'll walk you to the right spot. You pay only for what you order.

Worth knowing before you book
- Every experience here is designed to feel comfortable and easy. If any part ever feels like too much, it is completely optional, nothing is forced, and you choose what you do.
- Antiheadache runs as a small shared experience, or fully private for just your group; your call at booking.
- This is a planned itinerary, not an exact minute-by-minute guarantee. Traffic, weather and queues can change the order and timing.
- Photography may be restricted and shoes may need to be removed. Please follow each site's instructions and your guide (host).
- Your guide (host) carries a first-aid kit, so if you ever need anything, just ask.
- You pick your waterfall when you book: the Secret Waterfall, Patna Waterfall or Neer Garh Waterfall. Which ones are running depends on the season, the water level and the access on the day.
- The Kunjapuri sunrise is a very early start, and the exact sunrise time shifts with the season and the weather.
What to wear
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- Modest cover for the Kunjapuri temple visit
- A warm layer for the Kunjapuri sunrise and the Kyarki sunset
- Quick-dry clothes and a change for the waterfall or the Sacred Dip
What to bring
- Water bottle, sun cap and sunscreen
- Phone, a power bank, and any personal medication
- Some cash for meals, the market and any offerings
- A valid two-wheeler licence if you plan to ride the scooty
- A towel and a change of clothes for the waterfall or the Sacred Dip
Season & weather
Rishikesh has three seasons. Winters (November to February) are cool, with cold mornings and nights by the river, so pack warm layers. Summers (March to June) are warm to hot, so carry water, light cotton and sun protection. The monsoon (July to September) brings rain and a fuller river, so some plans shift with the conditions, and your guide (host) adapts the day for safety.
Common questions
Is accommodation included?
No, your stay is not bundled into the package, so you book your own and can add it when you confirm. If you would like to see where you will stay first, visit our Stays page: there you can check which hotels have rooms available, choose the one you like, and book it right alongside your trip.
Is there a set itinerary?
Yes. Antiheadache runs as a guided 2-night, 3-day plan: an easy first evening and the Ganga Aarti, a full second day with a morning practice, a waterfall and plenty of open time, and a Kunjapuri sunrise on the last morning. Your guide (host) is with you, and the free time is genuinely yours.
Which waterfall do we visit, and can I choose?
You pick your waterfall when you book: the Secret Waterfall, Patna Waterfall or Neer Garh Waterfall. You ride out to it by scooty with your guide (host) on Day 2. Which ones are running depends on the season, the water level and the access on the day, so your host confirms the best option for your date.
Is the Ayurveda massage included or extra?
It is included in your package on Day 2, and it is entirely optional. Take it if you would like, or use the time as your own. Either way there is nothing more to pay for it.
Do I get a scooty for all three days?
The scooty is included for the second and third days. The first day is kept on foot on purpose, so you can settle in and walk to the evening Ganga Aarti. If you would like a scooty on the first day too, you can add it, just ask.
Can I book any day, or only weekends?
Any day. Tell us when you would like to arrive and we build the three days around your dates.
Do I need a licence for the scooty?
Any scooty handover requirements, including a valid two-wheeler licence and any deposit, are confirmed before you commit. We tell you before arrival, never after.
Are meals included?
No. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are at your own expense, and there is time set aside for them across the three days.
How do I pay?
No payment online yet. Tell us your dates and we confirm availability and the full price before anything is charged.
How many people can book, and can we come as a group?
You can book up to 6 people in one go. Larger groups are welcome too, but a bigger group needs a customised itinerary, so tell us your numbers and we will plan it around you.
Is there an age limit?
The experiences suit guests up to around 60. They involve real walking, steps and active moments, so beyond 60 they can be hard going; if you are travelling with older guests, tell us and we will shape a gentler plan.
What languages does the host speak?
Your guide (host) speaks English and Hindi.
