Reset Wellness Retreat

2 Nights / 3 Days Retreat

Overview

Two nights, three full days, and nothing left to chance. Riverside yoga at dawn, a rafting run with a professional crew, a temple sunrise above the valley, and a hidden waterfall before you leave: the real Rishikesh, in a weekend that still leaves room to breathe.

Your days, hour by hour

Meals are your own, on purpose. Rishikesh's cafés are part of the experience, and locking you into a set meals would work against the very freedom this package offers. Tell your guide (host) the mood, and they'll walk you to the right spot. You pay only for what you order.

A quiet hour to rest before heading back out.

  • 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

    Beatles Ashram

Where the Beatles wrote much of the White Album in 1968, now covered in graffiti art and quiet meditation domes. About a 30-minute walk. Entry is included for Indian guests. International guests pay Rs. 1,000 at the gate. Your host covers the rest.

  • 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

    Bhootnath Temple

A quiet hillside Shiva temple, one of the oldest in the area. A short walk.

  • 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

  • 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

    Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan

  • 07:15 to 08:00 PM

    Guided Meditation

A short breather after the aarti, then a short, seated practice by the river as the day settles, led by your host, no experience needed.

A quieter waterfall away from the main tourist spots, with a natural pool at the base, good for a swim if the water's not too cold. By scooty, or walk: a genuinely walkable distance if you skip the scooty.

Season & weather

Rishikesh has three seasons. Winters (November to February) are cool, with cold mornings and nights by the river, so pack warm layers. Summers (March to June) are warm to hot, so carry water, light cotton and sun protection. The monsoon (July to September) brings rain and a fuller river, so some plans shift with the conditions, and your guide (host) adapts the day for safety.

Questions, answered

What if I arrive late or early?

No problem at all. The plan flexes around your arrival, so just tell us roughly when you reach Rishikesh and we shape the days around your timing and pace.

Is the itinerary fixed?

It is a guide, not a fixed promise. The final arrangement depends on your actual arrival time, access and operating conditions, so a given experience cannot always be guaranteed, and your guide (host) adapts the plan to keep it smooth and safe.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The daily practice is all levels and starts from foundations, so beginners and returning practitioners both have a place in it.

Is the stay included?

Yes. Your accommodation for the nights is part of the retreat; the exact room and property are shown when you book.

What does a typical day look like?

Morning yoga and breathwork by the Ganga, breakfast, an excursion or free time, evening meditation and aarti, then dinner and an early night. Your host keeps the rhythm gentle.

Can I add treatments like Ayurveda or sound healing?

Yes, subject to availability. Ask your host and we arrange it around the day at the confirmed price.

Is the Ganga dip compulsory?

No. It is optional and depends on safe river conditions and your own comfort.

What guests say

Real trips, real words.

I had only two days in Rishikesh and wanted to make the most of them without running around like a typical tourist. Book My Rishikesh planned everything beautifully. The timing, places, food recommendations and activities all felt thoughtfully chosen. And whenever I had a question, there was actually a person to answer. Such a refreshing way to explore Rishikesh.
