Sadhana Pass
A Deeper Practice. A Quieter Mind.
Seven mornings of yoga and seven evenings of meditation, one coherent weekly rhythm, and the freedom to stay wherever you like.
Seven days of practice. Stay your way.
Why this exists
A residential retreat ties your practice to one place, one set of meals and a fixed environment. Drop in classes are easy to reach, but each one is a separate purchase, so the week never quite adds up to anything.
The Sadhana Pass sits between the two. You get continuity, structure and a day by day progression, while you stay wherever suits you and keep the rest of your trip your own. You are buying the practice first, and choosing the environment second.
Your seven days, one practice
This is one seven day journey, not fourteen unrelated classes. Each day builds on the one before it.
- 1Day 1
Arrive
Orientation, your intention for the week, settling into the rhythm.
- 2Day 2
Ground
Foundation. Breath and body awareness, nothing rushed.
- 3Day 3
Energise
Steady movement, breath led practice, a little more heat.
- 4Day 4
Balance
Stability, attention and adaptability on and off the mat.
- 5Day 5
Deepen
Longer awareness, refinement, more time turned inward.
- 6Day 6
Stillness
Meditation led quiet, less stimulation, more space.
- 7Day 7
Integrate
Carry the practice into ordinary life, after you leave.

Common questions
Do I have to stay somewhere specific?
No. You can join the practice while staying at an ashram, a hotel, a hostel, a homestay, your own place, or a stay we curate for you. The practice is the product, the stay is your choice.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. The week is a progression that starts with foundations, so beginners and returning practitioners both have a place in it. You do not need to be flexible or experienced.
What exactly do I get each day?
A morning yoga and pranayama practice and an evening meditation, seven days running, following one weekly arc rather than seven unconnected classes.
Are the timings fixed?
The morning and evening anchors stay stable through the week. Exact clock times can shift a little with the season, and we confirm them with you.
Is food included?
No. Food is optional and never bundled in, so you eat where you like. We are happy to point you to places worth your time.
