Rebirth Wellness Retreat

6 Nights / 7 Days Retreat

Overview

Seven days is long enough for a real transformation, not just a pause. The week moves from adventure through wellness and creative expression to inner work: rafting and a temple sunrise early on, pottery and cooking workshops in the middle, sound healing and deep meditation before you leave.

Your days, hour by hour

Meals are your own, on purpose. Rishikesh's cafés are part of the experience, and locking you into a set meals would work against the very freedom this package offers. Tell your guide (host) the mood, and they'll walk you to the right spot. You pay only for what you order.

Season & weather

Rishikesh has three seasons. Winters (November to February) are cool, with cold mornings and nights by the river, so pack warm layers. Summers (March to June) are warm to hot, so carry water, light cotton and sun protection. The monsoon (July to September) brings rain and a fuller river, so some plans shift with the conditions, and your guide (host) adapts the day for safety.

Questions, answered

What if I arrive late or early?

No problem at all. The plan flexes around your arrival, so just tell us roughly when you reach Rishikesh and we shape the days around your timing and pace.

Is the itinerary fixed?

It is a guide, not a fixed promise. The final arrangement depends on your actual arrival time, access and operating conditions, so a given experience cannot always be guaranteed, and your guide (host) adapts the plan to keep it smooth and safe.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The daily practice is all levels and starts from foundations, so beginners and returning practitioners both have a place in it.

Is the stay included?

Yes. Your accommodation for the nights is part of the retreat; the exact room and property are shown when you book.

What does a typical day look like?

Morning yoga and breathwork by the Ganga, breakfast, an excursion or free time, evening meditation and aarti, then dinner and an early night. Your host keeps the rhythm gentle.

Can I add treatments like Ayurveda or sound healing?

Yes, subject to availability. Ask your host and we arrange it around the day at the confirmed price.

Is the Ganga dip compulsory?

No. It is optional and depends on safe river conditions and your own comfort.
